Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 30 days. Once confirmed, you can return the products to us and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after the delivery date if you are unsatisfied with the product. After this period is elapsed, we will no longer accept returns for a refund. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Items Lost in Transit
Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as overloaded shipping facilities can cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
